Alcantara Strap - Digitrend

This strap was designed as a textile twin to the metal bracelet, preserving its iconic geometry while offering a warmer, softer feel on the wrist. Its profile closely mimics the bracelet’s link structure, creating a seamless integration with the case.

Alcantara was a deliberate choice. Developed in the 1970s and widely used in luxury car interiors, it shares the same futuristic spirit as the original Digitrend. Technically advanced, light, and refined to the touch, it complements the retro-modern character of the watch.

On the underside, a bright orange calfskin lining adds contrast and comfort, proudly stamped with AMIDA markings and the message: “from 1976 with love.”
